The cost certainly was a surprise but, quite honestly well worth it when we saw the results. Josh is a truly wonderful person to represent your company. He is personable, respectful, patient, detailed and neat when performing his work. He arrived promptly on time at 9am, and left a little after 3pm never taking a break. He didn’t stop until he was satisfied with his work. We haven’t seen that type of customer service in home improvement for quite some time. He is truly a valuable asset to your company.
